Leokadia Myszynska-Wojciechowska (* 1858; † 1930) was a Polish composer.

Life

Leokadia Myszynska-Wojciechowska born 1858 was a teacher and concert pianist, she graduated from Warsaw Music Institute.

Apart from studying piano and harmony in this institution, she took private lessons in composition with Zygmunt Noskowski and Władysław Żeleński.

Myszyńska-Wojciechowska is the author of over a hundred works, both small-scale (piano miniatures, variations, preludes, songs) and more extensive ones (a violin sonata, chamber and orchestral works, including Fantasy for orchestra).
