Tamara Ibragimovaaus modern

Tamara Ibragimova (* 1958 Moscow) is a Soviet-German composer.

Life

Tamara Ibragimova was born in Moscow in 1958. She studied composition at the Russian Gnessins Musical Academy with Professor Henrich Litinsky.

She has performed her compositions at international contemporary music festivals, including the Music Biennale in Zagreb, the Avantgarde Festival in Heidelberg and the Contemporary Music Festival in Baku (Azerbaijan).

She was a scholarship holder at the Internationale ferienkurse in Darmstadt, the Gaudeamus Foundation in Bilthoven and the Brahmshaus Baden-Baden (1994).

Today she lives in Heidelberg.
